60s girl groups is def my fav kind of music. (can that be called a kind of music? idk and dont really care.) but the shangri-las are by far the best. mary weiss is kinda my style icon. her hair is cool and ive tried to get my wildy curly hair to be stick straight and cover my one eye for years now. admittedly, their outfits werent very cool most of the time. call me crazy but im not a fan of ruffle shirts and go-go boots. weird, i know. but sometimes they looked cool and those few times have really impacted me. their ~*rebellious*~ music and badass attitude totes make up for all those other shitty outfits.
